Apprenticeship Opportunities

Do you enjoy working with children? Are you age 16 or over (current Y11 and above) and looking for an apprenticeship? If so, LEO Academy Trust aims to continue its successful Apprenticeship Scheme in September 2020 and provide the opportunity for young people to develop the skills and experience they will need to obtain their goals.

LEO Academy Trust has the following apprenticeship opportunities from September 2020:
  • Teaching Assistants to study L2/3 NVQ Teaching & Learning
  • Administrative Assistants to study L2/3 Business and Administration
  • Sports Instructors to study Level 3 Supporting the Teaching & Learning of PE and School Sport
  • IT Network Support Assistant to study Level 3 Infrastructure Technician

Applicants should be able to work as part of a team, have good communication skills, be enthusiastic, punctual and reliable, be fair and kind, be willing to learn, be adaptable and have common sense. It is essential that you are able to follow our Trust and individual academies procedures and ethos.

Our apprentices will be paid £7 per hour, for 30 hours a week, of which 20% will be for studying. Actual working hours will be agreed on appointment.
