At LEO Academy Trust we are seeking to set up a supply bank of both teaching and support staff to work across our Trust. This is a new venture that will benefit the Trust and staff who want to work on a casual/fixed term basis, who will be paid at a fair rate and would allow opportunities to continue their professional development. Your commitment to the Trust will be to go on our supply register and agree to be contacted if and when work is available. Our commitment to you is to keep your statutory training up to date, and include you in our in house CDP training.
An example of the type of contracts we are aiming to put in place are:
- Casual contracts (zero hours) - flexible options e.g. working according to your availability
- Part time, guaranteed hours - providing cover for absence or training
The types of roles we are looking for include:
- Teaching staff
- Admin staff
- Catering staff
- Premises staff
- Teaching Assistants
- Learning Support Assistants
- Higher Level Teaching Assistants
The LEO Supply Agency is a new venture and we anticipate being able to offer work when need arises, and you would be free to accept it if it suits you. The Trust has seven schools in which you may be working:
