As a result of the LEO Academy Trust’s commitment to using technology to enhance teaching and learning, the Trust was invited to a roundtable with Minister Walker (Minister for School Standards) and senior civil servants from the Department for Education. Other members of the roundtable included Executive Leaders from other Trusts including Outwood Grange Academy Trust, Ark, Dixons Academy Trust and Cabot Learning Federation. As part of this roundtable, discussions included content of the white paper on levelling up education, the role that technology needs to have in schools and how technology is a factor in MAT growth.
