Pupils across Sutton are set to take on a number of fundraising challenges after being inspired by Sir Captain Tom Moore.

School children at Sutton Education Trust have been working hard to make a positive impact on their communities throughout Covid-19. Together they have previously raised over £28,000 for charities.

Their most recent idea came from Muschamp Primary School who suggested that schools across the trust should fundraise to thank staff at Epsom and St Helier hospitals.

Together children from the trust decided that each school will hold a sponsored event, around the theme of 100 on April 30.

Events will range from 100 laps around the playground, 100 skips, jumping 100m and more.
