Why an Apprenticeship?
There is lots of evidence showing the benefits of taking an apprenticeship. Enhanced career earnings, continued education and richer, more fulfilled working lives are just a few (Social Mobility Commission, 2020).
Why choose LEO Academy Trust?
At LEO Academy Trust, we are committed to working with our wider community and to helping hard working, motivated individuals get into and get on at work. We have a proven track record of successful apprenticeship employment in various roles across our Trust and believe we are well positioned to support you in your first steps in your career. We would like to create a community of young apprentices in the workplace and can offer progression opportunities through ‘extra’ CPD as well as the possibility of continued employment after you have completed your studies.
You will need to be at least 16 years old or over (current Y11 and above) at the start of your apprenticeship with us.
