LEO Academy Trust champion continuous professional development and deliver a programme of in house CPD including our NQT, RQT, Middle Leader and Aspiring Head programmes. We also work with a range of partners to offer accessible training for all staff including e-learning, a CPD app and face to face workshops.
All staff are invited to attend our annual LEO Conference. This is an opportunity to share best practice, network with colleagues as well as keeping up to date with the latest trust developments.

Occupational Health Service
Our free Occupational Health Service, provides staff with access to various services, including: counselling sessions, an out of hours helpline and support returning to work.
LEO Academy Trust offer employer and employee contributory pensions for the Teacher’s Pension and Local Government Pension Scheme.
LEO Catering offer staff a two course meal with salad bar for £1.50. Childcare Vouchers Currently, provided by The Co-operative Scheme; for existing members only.
Travel and Parking
All of our academies are easily accessible by public transport. For employees who drive to work, parking is free of charge at each of our academies.
