Cathy Head - HR Administration Assistant

Cathy is a highly motivated and adaptable professional with over 30 years of experience in a variety of fields. She is currently an Administrative Assistant in the HR department at LEO Academy Trust, where she joined in January 2023. Prior to this, she worked as a Teaching Assistant for 13 years at Brookfield Primary Academy. Cathy's early career was spent in government administration, where she gained a strong foundation in administrative skills and procedures.

Cathy is passionate about helping others and is always willing to go the extra mile. Cathy is excited to be a part of the HR team at LEO and is looking forward to contributing to the success of the department.
