Jaidz Majasi - Trust SENDCO

Since assuming the position in January 2023, Jaidz has brought wealth of experience to her role as the LEO Academy Trust SENDCO and Autism Champion. Her extensive background as a SENDCO spans various primary, secondary and special school settings, dating back to 2010.

At the heart of Jaidz's approach lies a deep-rooted passion for inclusion. She firmly believes that every student, regardless of their background or abilities, deserves access to quality education and the opportunity to flourish. Her advocacy for vulnerable pupils strives to ensure that their unique needs are met and their voices are heard.

Jaidz also serves as a Senior Mental Health Lead for the Trust. Recognising the profound impact of mental well-being on academic success, she champions initiatives that promote positive mental health among pupils and staff alike.

As a meditation practitioner, Jaidz embraces the power of mindfulness and self-care. She believes that cultivating inner peace and resilience is essential for individuals to thrive, both personally and academically.
