Emma Dallimore - Associate Principal

Emma Dallimore is an Associate Principal at the LEO Academy Trust, who brings a wealth of experience and expertise in leadership, safeguarding, inclusion, and early years education. Her focus each year is aligned to the Trust’s strategic aims and as such she is leading the EYFS strategy and safeguarding this year. 

Emma has a deep commitment to placing children at the heart of all decisions, ensuring that every strategy and policy is tailored to enhance the wellbeing and development of every student. She holds a strong belief that education is the cornerstone of a thriving society, and that preparation for an ever changing world is key. Her work continually reflects this ethos.

Emma's journey in education is marked by significant leadership roles both across the Trust and in the local authority, where she has been instrumental in school improvement and shaping and nurturing inclusive environments that cater to diverse learning needs. In this capacity, Emma has been a prominent voice, speaking at numerous events, advocating for inclusive education, the importance of effective safeguarding for all and effective early education. 

Beyond her contributions to the LEO Academy Trust, Emma is also an independent consultant. Her consultancy work spans across the country, offering invaluable support and guidance to schools in areas of safeguarding, early years, and inclusion. Her expertise is not just limited to policy and strategy; it extends to hands-on support, helping schools to implement improvements and effective practices that ensure excellence for all.
