Prathyaini Wight - Principal

Prathayini is the Principal of Brookfield Primary Academy which is part of LEO Multi- Academy Trust.  Prathayini began her teaching career in 1992 and has a wealth of experience working in a variety of schools across the country. During her 30 years in education, she has held several roles from class teacher to Deputy Headteacher. She has also held the post of EYFS Strategic Lead for a MAT consisting of secondary and primary schools. Prathayini has been a member of the board of governors in all the schools where she has worked. She is passionate about working with children, parents and the LEO community; strengthening these links and maximising opportunities to move the school forward in an ever-changing education landscape.
