Faye Gibney - Principal

Faye is the Principal of Cheam Fields Primary Academy, bringing a strong track record of senior leadership across LEO Academy Trust. Since starting her teaching career at Cheam Park Farm, Faye has served as an English Leader, Phase Leader, Curriculum Leader and Vice Principal across both Cheam Park Farm and Shawley, as well as a Trust Vice Principal.

Alongside her school leadership, Faye brings valuable experience as an ECF Facilitator and Induction Tutor with the National Institute of Teaching (NIoT) and Harris Crystal Palace Teaching School Hub. She is deeply passionate about supporting disadvantaged pupils, driving social mobility and raising aspirations - having co-created the Trust’s Financial Education Curriculum and currently designing LEO's trust-wide Careers Curriculum to inspire the next generation.
