Digital Discovery Days

As part of our shift from EdTech to PedTech, LEO Academy Trust is extending an invitation to fellow educators to attend an immersive day dedicated to exploring the future of teaching and learning. This opportunity is a key component of the Trust's strategic move from a conventional EdTech focus to a more impactful PedTech approach. Participants will gain firsthand experience within LEO Academy Trust classrooms, engage in insightful discussions with teachers and leadership, and uncover practical strategies for successfully navigating this transformative shift.

The PedTech philosophy championed by LEO Academy Trust prioritises educational goals and methodologies, ensuring that technology serves as a powerful and seamless enabler of effective teaching and meaningful learning. This approach emphasises how digital tools, when thoughtfully integrated, can enhance student engagement, foster independence, and support diverse learning needs.

The day is designed to equip visiting educators with not only a deeper understanding of the PedTech model but also with tangible resources and ongoing support. The ultimate aim is to empower attendees to return to their own settings ready to implement changes that will make a significant and positive impact on the learning experiences and achievements of their children.
