Fantastic, Free Early Education

Many LEO Academy Trust primary schools have their very own nurseries, offering local families fantastic, free early education places (both 15 and 30 hours) without any extra costs. We truly believe that all families should have access to early learning, helping every child have the opportunity to thrive.

Even before they're born, their little brains are growing and making connections based on what they see, do, and who they're with. We can already see big differences in young children based on these early experiences. Research shows that high-quality early education makes a real difference in how children develop and how ready they are for school. It can make the biggest impact for children who might not have as many opportunities otherwise (Save the Children, 2016).

Our nurseries follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework, ensuring your child learns through play across key areas. We pride ourselves on offering unique opportunities like Forest School and the use of PedTech to foster curiosity and build essential digital skills from a young age.

Seamless Transitions

Children who come to our LEO Academy Trust nurseries feel right at home in their school environment. Our friendly nursery and Reception teachers work closely together to make moving up to "big school" smooth and exciting.
