Emma Clark - Trust Principal

Emma Clark

Emma is currently the LEO Principal for Inclusion. Her passion for ensuring that all children are included, respected and valued comes from her many years of Leadership experience. Emma is an experienced Senior Leader who led a three form entry school, through the school's journey to Outstanding. The school has been recognised by many external bodies as a beacon of excellence for Inclusion.  Emma is also currently working as part of the DFE Behaviour Hub with schools, and MATS, nationally supporting them to improve behaviour for learning. Emma is passionate about ensuring the curriculum develops the whole child and provides children with opportunities and experiences that allow children to develop their personal strengths and self belief. Emma has a wealth of theory and practical knowledge on Attachment and Trauma. Emma believes that the school community must be an inclusive one where all children, families and staff feel included and valued, and that staff work to the shared goal of ensuring that any barriers to learning for children are identified and supported in a holistic way so children can achieve their full potential.
