Sarah Wells - Principal

Sarah is one of the Principals within the LEO Academy Trust, currently based at West Ashtead Primary Academy. Sarah has been the Principal of West Ashtead Primary Academy since joining the school in January 2023.  Prior to joining West Ashtead, Sarah spent 8 years at Brookfield Primary, beginning as phase leader before most recently leading SEN and Inclusion across both Brookfield Primary Academy and Cheam Park Farm Primary Academy.

Sarah has a passion for inclusive education and is dedicated to providing an ambitious and rich curriculum inside and outside of the classroom for all pupils, meaning that all children leave West Ashtead Primary Academy well prepared for their future.  She is dedicated and committed to building strong relationships with pupils, families and the local school community, ensuring the school is the school of choice for parents.
