Nadine Kilkelly - Trust SendCo

Nadine is both Trust SENDCO and Autism Champion for LEO Academy Trust. She is a highly experienced school leader and autism specialist. Nadine holds a Masters degree in autism and brings valuable insight and support from across a variety of educational environments. Her background includes working as Head of ASD bases in primary schools, along with leadership roles in both primary and secondary, mainstream and specialist settings. 

Nadine’s approach is deeply rooted in a strong dedication to inclusion and individualised support. She is passionate about ensuring that every pupil has access to high-quality education and opportunities to succeed. Through her advocacy for children, Nadine’s goal is to ensure that all pupils receive tailored approaches that meet their unique needs, always ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are championed throughout their educational experience. She has a strong passion for developing independence in pupils, empowering them to build confidence, resilience and the skills they need to thrive both academically and personally.
