Amanda Feist - Trust Wrap Around Care Manager

Amanda Feist's journey in childcare began in 2010 when she started her Level 2 and 3 childcare apprenticeships. Over the years, she advanced her career, eventually becoming the Room Leader of a Preschool. After six fulfilling years working in nurseries, she transitioned to Wrap Around Care, where she quickly rose from a play leader to Deputy Manager, achieving an outstanding grade from Ofsted. Amanda then progressed to Manager and is now responsible for overseeing the operation of multiple clubs.

Working with children has allowed Amanda to embrace her creative side. She enjoys planning activities and providing a stimulating, enriching environment where children can learn through play. She finds it incredibly rewarding to see children involved, happy, and learning new skills.

In her current role at LEO, Amanda uses her knowledge and experience to support the Wrap Around Care teams, empowering them to succeed and develop. She believes the strong relationships the teams have with children, parents, and schools are essential for fostering a warm and caring environment where children can thrive.
