Graham Macaulay - Principal

Graham is Principal at Chandlers Field having held a number of different roles at the LEO Academy Trust. He is an experienced and well-respected teacher, senior leader, and innovation thought leader. Graham has a highly successful background in teaching, having taught across a number of schools. More recently, he has led the LEO Academy Trust digital transformation initiative, including a highly successful cloud adoption process and a 1:1 device program, transforming not only how teachers teach but, more importantly, how children learn.

As Principal at Chandlers Field, Graham is committed to having schools at the heart of their communities. He is dedicated to working alongside parents, children and staff to provide pupils with the very best education.
