Rebecca Mole - Principal

As the Principal of Polesden Lacey Infant School since 2019, Rebecca Mole is dedicated to providing a happy and inspiring educational environment for all the pupils. She works to ensure the school, which officially became Polesden Lacey Infant Academy and joined the LEO Academy Trust on May 1, 2025, offers a broad and balanced curriculum that is inclusive and places the needs of its young children at its heart.

Under Rebecca's leadership, the school focuses on nurturing a love of learning and developing essential life skills such as kindness, resilience, and courage. Rebecca is proud that the school is known for its strong sense of community and has an open-door policy to promote positive interaction between home and school, alongside providing the best learning opportunities, enabling all children to succeed. Rebecca has also been a key figure in the school's transition to academy status, believing the move will allow the school to benefit from the Trust's collaboration and resources, ultimately enriching the educational experience for its pupils
