Helen Mitchell - Inclusion Administrative Lead

Helen is the Inclusion Administrative Lead at LEO Academy Trust. She has worked for 7 years in the education sector, specialising in school office and finance environments, and previously spent many years gaining extensive managerial experience within the private sector.

In her current role, she supports the Inclusion Team by managing the essential financial and administrative tasks that are undertaken behind the scenes. She is dedicated to handling the vital paperwork, logistics, and funding reconciliation that create the necessary framework for children to access their provisions. Helen enjoys using her strong organisational and problem-solving skills to contribute to a collaborative, well-supported team environment that puts the children at the heart of everything they do.
