Ann Johnstone - Trust Central Officer

Ann joined LEO in October 2025 after supporting Furzefield Primary School's transition into the Trust. Before joining LEO, Ann worked for many years as a Business Manager across various education sectors, including both maintained and academy schools. After supporting the formation of an Academy Trust in 2018, she served as the Trust's Compliance Officer. In her current role within the Compliance Team, she is responsible for governance, compliance, GDPR, admissions and safeguarding compliance.
