Michael Mohanaraj - Accounting Apprentice

Michael is a motivated and hardworking Accounting and Finance apprentice with a strong interest in developing his career.He joined LEO Academy Trust as a Accounting Apprentice in 2026, where he is developing his knowledge and practical experience across the Trust’s finance department.

In his role, Michael is gaining hands-on experience with a range of financial tasks, including ordering, processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the finance team. He is keen to build his understanding of accounting processes and develop the skills required for a successful long-term career in finance.

Michael is committed to learning and improving, and brings a positive attitude, willingness to ask questions, and strong attention to detail to his work. Having progressed into an accounting apprenticeship after studying Accounting and Finance at university, he is determined to make the most of the opportunity and continue developing professionally.
