Matt Clements - Trust Lead - Digital
Matt is an experienced primary teacher and Trust Lead – Digital across LEO Academy Trust. As a Google Certified Trainer, he was part of the team who shaped LEO’s digital strategy from its initial 1:1 pilot study.
In his trust-wide role, Matt oversees digital learning implementation and curriculum design from EYFS to Upper KS2. He works closely with teachers, SENDCOs, and senior leaders to provide bespoke coaching, learning walks, and practical CPD grounded in evidence-informed pedagogy.
Matt champions an 'Inclusion by Design' ethos, embedding assistive technology to dismantle learning barriers, foster student agency, and reduce teacher workload. Drawing on a strong track record of classroom practice and supporting schools through successful Ofsted inspections, Matt is dedicated to supporting all staff so that every pupil across the Trust benefits from high-quality, accessible digital learning.
