Rachel Collins - Trust Lead - Online School

Rachel is an experienced senior leader with a 15-year career in primary education. After starting her teaching career in Croydon, she spent the last 10 years working in Surrey and now works with LEO schools across Sutton and Surrey. Rachel has experience leading on whole-school behaviour, attendance, and pupil and staff wellbeing.
Driven by a deep passion for supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Rachel works closely with families and vulnerable pupils who struggle to access mainstream education. Over the last six years as a senior leader, she has established a strong track record of building inclusive environments, improving attendance, and driving school-wide initiatives that prioritise holistic mental health.
At the heart of Rachel’s philosophy is the firm belief that no child should miss out on an education. She is dedicated to improving the educational experience for students currently missing from school. Driven by a deep commitment to community and parental partnership, Rachel works tirelessly to foster a true sense of belonging for every child and family she supports.
Alongside her work in school, Rachel acts as a dedicated tutor and specialist support for home-educating families, providing tailored guidance and education for children outside of formal schooling.
