Cheam Common Juniors, as one of 40 Department for Education EdTech Demonstrator schools, was invited to an interview with the Open Innovation Unit at the Department for Education. The interview was to explore the ever-changing role of technology in Initial Teacher Education and Early Career Teacher training programmes, an area where Amy Carlile and Graham Macaulay have been sector leading. The rich discussion which took place will be used to inform departmental thinking on the recommended use of technology in training.
