Danielle Scrase - Executive Director (Inclusion & Early Years)

Danielle is one of the Executive Directors of LEO Academy Trust. She is currently the strategic lead for LEO Inclusion and Early Years. Previously, Danielle was the Headteacher of Manor Park Primary and led the school from ‘Serious weakness’ to ‘Outstanding’. Danielle is currently working as part of the DFE Behaviour Hub with schools nationally. Danielle ensures that the child is at the centre of all decisions. She has a passion for inclusion and ensuring that all LEO children are included and have the opportunity to flourish through a holistic approach to the curriculum. Focusing on the importance of laying the foundations in Early Years to develop confident and happy children.
