Helen Shaw - Principal

Helen is one of the Principals of LEO Academy Trust currently based at Cheam Fields Primary Academy. Helen has been the Principal of Cheam Fields since 2019. She brings a wealth of educational experience and is passionate about empowering people and building successful teams. She describes herself as a compassionate leader who is committed to providing children with an ambitious curriculum offer which allows them to achieve well and develop into happy, confident, independent life-long learners.
